A 50% booking amount starts the work. We sit with you on how the family lives, then turn that into a layout and refine it.
Walk your home at the studio
We build your whole home as a full-scale model and you stand inside it, in the headset or with the family on the big screen. From Whitefield a second look is a short trip.
Sign off, drawings, build
You sign off, pay the remaining 50%, and receive contractor-ready drawings with the product list. Any contractor can build from them.

Whitefield homes, from tower flats to villas
Most homes in Whitefield are flats in the big gated communities around ITPL, Hoodi and Kadugodi. Usually a 2BHK or 3BHK, often with a pillar in a bedroom corner and a utility behind the kitchen. That pillar is easy to miss on a floor plan. It is exactly what went wrong in this Whitefield 2BHK.
Off Varthur Road and out toward Kadugodi, it is mostly villas. Two or three floors, a staircase in the middle of the plan, and a lot more wall and floor to get right.
Tower 2BHK or Varthur Road villa, it is the same ₹100 per sq ft of carpet area, and you walk through the whole home before anything is built.

Can I walk into the studio in Whitefield?
No, visits are by appointment. Book a slot on the consultation page or on WhatsApp; slots run Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. The first 45 minutes can be on Google Meet instead, but the headset only works at the studio. Second visits are free too.
What does an interior designer cost in Whitefield?
With us, ₹100 per sq ft of carpet area for the complete design of the home, paid in two halves, with GST on the invoice. A 1,200 sq ft 3BHK is ₹1.2 lakh. Carpet area is usually 70 to 80% of the super built-up figure.
Do you design villas in Whitefield and on Varthur Road?
Yes. Villas are in scope alongside 1BHK to 4BHK+ flats, at any stage. The fee is the same ₹100 per sq ft of carpet area, counted across every floor. We design whole homes only, so a villa comes to us as the whole villa.
Do you come to Kadugodi, Varthur and Hoodi?
Yes. The one site visit for measurements happens at your home, wherever in Bengaluru it is; the design work and the walkthrough happen at the studio at DivyaSree Republic of Whitefield. Kadugodi, Varthur, Hoodi, Kundalahalli and Brookefield are all close. Outside Bengaluru is not available yet.
