Carpet area, not super built-up

950 sq ft carpet · 2BHK= ₹95,000

1,200 sq ft carpet · 3BHK= ₹1.2L

1,600 sq ft carpet · 3BHK= ₹1.6L

Not sure of your carpet area? It's usually 70 to 80% of the super built-up figure on your agreement, so a 1,500 sq ft flat is often around 1,100 to 1,200 sq ft of carpet.

How it's quoted.Your quote is your home's carpet area multiplied by ₹100. This is the design fee only. Furniture, materials and fittings you buy yourself from the exact product list we hand you, and you pay the vendor directly, so there is no markup hidden in the material cost. GST is added on the invoice.
