When you're ready to start, a 50% booking amount reserves your project and kicks off the work, at one published rate of ₹100 per sq ft.
Discussion & mood-boarding
We sit down to understand how you live and what you're drawn to (the looks, the materials, the must-haves) and shape it into a clear direction for your home.
Lock the layout
We turn that direction into images and iterate with you until the bones are right: the plan, the flow, the key pieces. Fast rounds, no model yet, so the fundamentals are settled before we build.
Walk the full-scale model
Now we build your home as a true-to-life, walkable model, every surface a real, buyable material. Standing inside it, you iterate far faster and with total clarity: you're judging the real thing, not a flattering render.
Final payment remaining 50%
Once the home is signed off, the remaining 50% is due before we prepare your drawings.
Technical drawings, handed over
You receive contractor-ready technical drawings (every dimension, finish and fitting) that any team can build from, exactly what you stood inside.
