What do I get for ₹100 per sq ft?
The complete design of your home: layout and space planning, all finishes, furniture and lighting, the full-scale walkable model, contractor-ready technical drawings, one site visit for measurements, and a product list with the brand, product code and a link to buy every item.
Does ₹100 per sq ft include the furniture and materials themselves?
No. ₹100 per sq ft is the design fee, which covers the plan, the walkable model and the drawings. Furniture, materials and fittings you buy separately, from the exact product list we give you.
How and when do I pay?
Two equal instalments: 50% when you book, and the remaining 50% before we hand over the technical drawings. The rate is ₹100 per sq ft of carpet area, with no packages and no hidden extras. GST is added on the invoice.
How long does it take?
As little as a week for a full-home design and its walkable model, if you already know exactly what you want. Typically it takes three to five weeks, given the back and forth involved.
Can I really walk through my home before it's built?
Yes. We build your design as a full-scale model. Wear the headset at our studio and you are standing inside it, or walk through it with your family on the big screen.
Can I change the design after I've seen it?
Yes, and that is the whole point. Walk through the model, tell us what to move or swap, and we change it before anything is ordered or built.
Are the products in the design real?
Every finish, fitting and light is a real product available in India today, listed with its brand, product code and a link to buy it, so you or your contractor order exactly what you saw. Nothing is a lookalike, nothing needs to be substituted later, and we add no markup.
Do you build the home as well?
Right now we design and hand you drawings that any contractor can build from. In-house execution, where we build and hand over the finished home ourselves, is launching soon.
Do you design to Vastu?
Yes, if you'd like. Tell us your Vastu requirements at the start and we plan the home around them.
Where are you, and which areas do you cover?
Our studio is at DivyaSree Republic of Whitefield, Bengaluru, open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. We take on homes anywhere in Bengaluru, and only in Bengaluru for now.
What home sizes do you take on?
Full homes of every size, from 1BHK and 2BHK flats to 3BHK, 4BHK+ and villas.
What happens in the consultation?
A 45-minute call. We show you a finished studio home from the inside and answer everything you want to ask. There is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to. Online on Google Meet or in person at the studio, your choice. More about the consultation.
How are the images on this site made?
They are straight out of our own model, with no retouching or staging. The homes shown are studio homes we designed to show what is possible.
