What do I get for ₹100 per sq ft?
Your complete home design: layouts and space planning, finishes, furniture and lighting, the walkable true-to-life model, and contractor-ready technical drawings. One price, no add-ons.
Does ₹100 per sq ft include the furniture and materials themselves?
No, that's for the complete design: the plan, the walkable model and the drawings. The furniture, finishes and fittings you buy separately.
How and when do I pay?
In two equal halves: 50% to book and begin, and the remaining 50% before we hand over your technical drawings. One published rate of ₹100 per sq ft, no packages and no hidden add-ons.
How long does it take?
Around three to five weeks for a full-home design and its walkable model, with room for a few rounds of changes built in. The exact timeline depends on the size of your home, and we'll confirm it at the consultation.
Can I really walk through my home before it's built?
Yes. We build your design as a full-scale model. Put on the headset to stand inside it, or explore it together on the big screen in our studio.
Can I change the design after I've seen it?
Yes, that's the whole point of seeing it first. Walk the model, tell us what you'd move or swap, and we revise before anything is built, not after.
Are the products in the design real?
Every finish, fitting and light is a real product on the Indian market today. Nothing you can't buy, nothing quietly substituted.
Do you build the home as well?
Today we design, and hand you drawings any contractor can build from, exactly what you signed off on. In-house end-to-end execution launches soon.
Do you design to Vastu?
Yes, if you'd like us to. Share your Vastu requirements at the start and we'll plan the home around them.
Where are you, and which areas do you cover?
Our studio is at DivyaSree Republic of Whitefield, Bengaluru, and we work across the city.
What home sizes do you take on?
Full homes, from 1BHK and 2BHK to 3BHK, 4BHK+ and villas.
What happens in the consultation?
Forty-five minutes on a call: we show you a finished studio home and answer your questions. No commitment.
How are the images on this site made?
They're untouched output from our own model. No retouching, no staging. The homes shown are studio homes we designed to show what's possible.
